Save-the-Dates (or more popularly referred to as STDs) March 10, 2008

Thanks to Ellen and Stephanie’s marvelous photography skills, Josh and I had an extremely difficult time selecting three photos for our save-the-date magnets. After the long and arduous debate, we finally came to a consensus and ordered them. Juuust a month or two late on this, but I at least got to use a coupon for 10% off and free shipping.  Ka-ching!  I think they’ll look lovely. We decided to use these photos for this film strip style magnet.

By the way, I’m totally not kidding about “STDs.” Practically all wedding sites use a myriad of ridiculous abbreviations to refer to things like bridesmaids (BM), future mother-in-law (FMIL), and future husband (FH). I like words, so I think I’ll use them.

Because we loved the silly photos, we’re planning on ordering even more magnets with funny captions and/or ridiculous talk bubbles for close friends and family through VistaPrint.  Naturally, I’ll keep you posted!
